Daily instead of 3W1

Lately, this has been what we all been feeling. So lazy and no energy at all. I guess it’s about time to hit the gym again instead of 3w1, we should make it into a daily thing until we are back on our feet.

After effect

Yesterday, morning when I got up and out of bed I was dreaming and my mouth was watering for something salty and oily. First thing that pop into my head was Puttanesca. It’s been ages since the last time I tasted some good and home made Puttanesca. Apparently that guy is a history!

Today, I got up before my alarm hits off and I was just so up for it and let my heart’s desire be done. I clean early this morning and organized some of the things that I have been dreading to finish and don’t get me wrong I am not even half way through it. But, I know and no doubt that we can finish and accomplished our projects but with some delays. (as expected)

There were times that I do not want to come home not because that I do not like it but because of the clutter that greets me. I hate clutter! Seeing clutter makes me want to die right there and then and seems like I am having a heart attack. Clutter is clogging my thoughts and happiness. But seems like no one cares but ME!!! This is the hard part. I clean and cleaned and organized and arranged and seems like no one seems to be with me expect when I started my rapping mouth and some slamming of things (sometimes) then I get there attention and started to help me out! Then I asked myself to I need to do all of these before help arrives?!?

And for some reasons our time management is way off. We need to sit down tonight and have these problems presented at the table and hoping for some solutions.

Work has been great and I have been learning a lot of new stuff and learning when too and when not too. So far it’s a slow but nice learning process. Sometimes you got to experience the bad before it turns to good and beautiful. That’s alright with me as long as I am learning something from it.

Coffee and Gout

It’s time to spill the beans —- four cups of coffee a day can dramatically reduce the risk of gout, which seems to affect more men than women.

In the past, people with the painful joint condition have been told to avoid coffee, but a University of British Colombia study — based on 12 years of nutrition data — is changing that advice.

Incredibly, it appeared that men who drank more coffee had a lower risk of developing gout.

Four or five cups a day reduced the risk by 40 percent, and six or more cups reduced the risk by up to 60 percent.

Men who drank decaffeinated coffee also benefited, but tea appeared to have no effect.

What weekend? We didn’t even felt the weekend and it just passed by so quick that we didn’t even saw it. That is how busy we were this past week.

We were busy preparing for our Dad’s 60Th birthday. After in and out of the hospital for the past two weeks and also canceled the party, the caterer and etc.. We did push through and made it extra perfect. With some added twist and surprises, you just can’t help but be speechless and tears rolling down your cheeks….. tears of joy of course —- overjoyed.

We party like it was our last and we surely had so much fun. The food was good, the dessert yummy and the cake BIG! But we managed and we were oh so full of memories, fun, laughter, tears and love.

Guests come in one or two at a time and the next thing we knew the party was already well on it’s way. There were some people whom we thought will not make it but came through and others were we thought who will be there, didn’t even make it…. What a shame!!! I know who you are and you bet we felt bad for you didn’t even show up and the excuse you gave was so lame.

Thank you so much to all the friends and family who came and partied with us until our feet aches and body sores that we had a hard time getting up to work and school the next day, but surely we did had a great time.

Nevertheless we had a great time and definitely a night to remember!!!

Watchful eyes…

After the Friday’s incident where in two kids where hit by a car and thanked God that they weren’t seriously hurt, some minor bumps and bruises.

This morning the Asst. Principal was very vigilant and boy her eyes are everywhere which is a good thing after all they get paid to make sure the kids are safe going in and out of school and parents should use some common sense and follow the safety rules so that no more incident such as these would happen again.

Let us remind ourselves that we should follow safety rules at all times. Always cross at the corner, never in the middle of the street. Look both ways before you cross. Only enter and leave a car when it is parked at the curb.

Parents please remember to walk your child across the street at the corner. Do not double park. Do not make a U turn in the middle of the street.

Safety should be our primary concern.
