Every Wednesday I have being a spectator of a very high intensity class and of how many Wednesday had passed I am always outside by the bench watching them and asking myself will I ever make it, if ever I take the class? I guess after how many Wednesday of being a spectator, I rounded up enough guts to take the class. The class I took is called Cardio Kickboxing.

As we were just warming up my sweat just keep coming. I never felt my body this happy and so light not even during my highschool days. I lasted the whole 1 hour of high intensity cardio kickboxing workout. At first, I thought I was not gonna make it but I just I doubt myself too much that I can make things happen and just a little push will go a long way.
So, another class is included in my schedule. So Wednesday is a date with CKB.
