With how the economy is going, having 2 jobs or more is not a surprise nor a big deal. You are lucky enough if there is a job offering for you and if there is one will grab or just let it slide?
This is what I have been contemplating these past few days. After 10 years of being a housewife and mother, a job was offered to me, I enjoyed it, loved the company and co-workers and have been happy and blessed with what I have learned. Been with the company for 4 years can’t complain except with the new schedules…
Apparently, with the recession our company got hit and our hours and days at work are being cut down. With the new cut hours and days, it’s a struggle to all of us especially to me. Some of my co-workers got 2nd jobs. Still we are all struggling…
And then a job offer came my way…. I know it’s a differently ball game with new sets of players and boss’. I am considering it since it’s a new set of challenge plus benefits are great, but can’t help to feel a little bit guilty since my other job was offered by the owner who happens to be one of my Dad’s close friend and fought hard for me to be accepted by my superiors.
Dilemma of my life…. Hopefully, I won’t regret any decision I am about to make. Wish me luck!!!
