As we are a day away from Thanksgiving may we find meaning of what the holiday is about. Of how it should be celebrated and not just shopping.

This year will be a whole different kind of Thanksgivng for us, especially my family.

Last year we helped an organization to feed the hungry and the less fortunate. This year my brother is starting his own feeding program. A whole different take and definitely a fun filled one.

Believe or not there are also homeless and less fortunate here in America. The infamous Skidrow is where you can find them and of course under the bridges and some in nearby rivers.

Many like me can’t believe that America has 80,000 plus of homeless citizens that is very alarming.
