As fast as Thanksgiving day came it ended pretty quickly as well. A lot of people and stores are breaking the holiday tradition of celebrating with family and friends and just relaxing and enjoying each other’s company. All I hear is that this store will be open at this time and SHOPPING, SHOPPING, SHOPPING. Are these really what the future generation will be? I hope not.
Believe it or not I haven’t been crazy enough to attend of what they called Black Friday. As much as I wanted to I guess I just got no guts and patience to be grabbing and yelling and falling in such long lines.
Thanksgiving Day is supposedly a day to say our thanks for good harvest with family and friends and thanking each and everyone for any good deeds or bad.
Our family did stick with the old tradition except of the turkey. We all had an awesome Thanksgiving Day and weekend.
Just wondering is it just me or someone else out here is thinking and feeling what I am going through. That’s why they invented Black Friday for Friday and not on a Thursday, right?
